*Sign up for the Client Portal by logging in below. After you have logged in to the Client Portal click on the New Client link on the Client Portal Home Page. You will receive an email and/or text message with a link to register with the portal. Once you are registered you will be able to send me an email via a secure connection to schedule an appoinment.
